small family, me , my husband and 1 1/2 year kid. the townhouse only 150k, it’s a shortsale 1984 townhouse, the condition is good, but my husband wants to spend 10k for the decoration! we just have to paint the walls, flooring it n buy new doors(2 door one for garage ) i think he spends too much! i donot know about decoration, how much shall we spend on a 150 k is resonable?
