Painting and creating surrealistic art is most definitely one of my favorite things to do! Just have a look at The Minion Factory and all of my art and paintings displayed here and you will immediately agree with me. I suppose that the attraction towards creating surrealistic artworks must be the sheer endless possibility on offer in this genre!
This time I decided to paint a raven in a surrealistic mood. The dark bird is enormous, larger than life and has an evil, determined look in its intelligent eyes! And why should it not be like that? Ravens are synonymous with the Gothic culture. They are a symbol of the mysterious and are also considered to be omens of bad luck!
Either way, this is my surrealistic painting of a raven. When you look at this painting, what images does it conjure up in your mind?
